Anthony Parker will be staying in Calgary while Josh Bell is joining the Stampeders. The Calgary Stampeders announced both moves on Wednesday. Parker played 17 regular season games with the Stampeders in 2013, setting career-highs in catches (21) and yards (217). Parker also scored the first two touchdowns of his CFL career. "Anthony made important strides in his development last season and we believe that the best is yet to come," said head coach John Hufnagel. "Even though he has already been with us for three years, Anthony is still only 24 years old and I look forward to watching his continued growth as a player." Bell spent his first two CFL seasons with the B.C. Lions and after registering just five tackles in his rookie season, he totaled 49 tackles and one interception in 2013. "Joshua is a talented player with experience on both sides of the border who has established himself as a very good CFL player," said head coach and general manager John Hufnagel. "With the departure of several members of our secondary this off-season, he has an excellent opportunity to step in and play an important role with us this season." Bell played 13 games in the NFL before moving to the CFL. Nike Zoom Cheap . Stamkos had two goals and Bishop made 38 saves, helping the Lightning beat the Edmonton Oilers 4-2 on Thursday night for their sixth win in seven games. "Hes the reason why we won," Stamkos said of Bishop. "Im not very happy with the way we played. If it wasnt for Bish, its not a win for us. We didnt deserve the win." Bishop (10-2-0) made saves on first-period breakaway shots by Mark Arcobello and Taylor Hall. "Best player on the ice. ... hands down," Tampa Bay coach Jon Cooper said. "Dont need to comment on it anymore." Stamkos, who extended his goal-scoring streak to five games, has 13 goals this season. Tampa Bay was outshot 40-26. "Absolutely. Boy, its a crazy game," Oilers coach Dallas Eakins said. "Theres been games this season where youve won the game and maybe you didnt think you deserved it, and youre upset with your play. And theres been games that weve lost where weve been disgusted with ourselves as a group. And then tonight, its one of those nights where ... I loved the way we played. And I thought we played with passion and we competed hard." Taylor Fedun and Hall scored for the Oilers, who have lost six of seven. Fedun, playing in his second game, also scored in his NHL debut Tuesday night at Florida. Hall, the first overall pick in the 2010 draft, returned after missing seven games due to a knee injury. His in-close power-play goal got Edmonton within 3-2 midway through the third. "As far as my game goes, its just tough when you lose the game," Hall said. "Thats the main thing.
