He attended grammar school, actively studied English and French, and also attended judo classes at the sports school, where his father was a coach.

It was in the gym that he was noticed by a famous director. Egor was offered to take part in the casting for the role of Vovka in the series ""Peace! Friendship! Gum!"". And, despite the fact that the guy did not aspire to the acting profession, he was chosen from more than two hundred applicants. It turned out that the creators of the series were looking for a bully, and the casting came mostly ideal boys with photos in social networks. Egor, with his directness and carelessness, perfectly suited to this role.

It turns out that Egor Abramov and the director of the series, Alexei Aksenov, had an unusual connection since childhood. Egor's father was a judo coach for Aksenov, and the actor himself was born and raised in Tula, where the shooting of the series.
